The Conservancy believes in the power of connecting people to nature. Our events are designed to give participants a unique view of lands we protect and an understanding of why they matter. We also work to instill the value of natural places in our community to raise up a human support structure for the earth here in the Inland Northwest.
Join us for a day of trail building in our beautiful spring weather! Friends of Palisades teams up with Washington Trails Association, Inland Northwest Land Conservancy and the Ponderosa Chapter of Back Country Horsemen to expand upon a brand new trail, located within the newly-acquired “Rimrock to Riverside” addition to Palisades Park. Lots of fun with picks and shovels with fellow trail enthusiasts! No experience required!
We’ll be building trail all day, rain or shine, starting at 8:30am and likely wrapping up around 3:30pm.
