Hike docent, Mark Merhab, will lead at hike at Palisades Park on Saturday, April 20th starting at 9am. He will by joined by two Eastern Washington University (EWU) environmental philosophy students who will lead a discussion based on the reading linked below.
This 3 mile hike will take approximately 2 hours to complete. Palisades Park has beautiful city views, level ground, and varying vegetation. The land and trails can be wet this time of year so dress appropriately for the weather. There also can be ticks this time of year and moose are known to have their calves here in the spring.
