Hike participants will visit the Waikiki Springs Nature Preserve and search for native birds from the trails within the preserve. It is common to see bald eagles, water fowl, Great Blue Herons as well as many other species of birds. The hike will be just over three miles in length and will visit special bird watching spots on the property. Bring your binoculars and bird identification books to help make positive identification of birds while in the field. This even is open to all ages.
