Lindell Haggin has been birding for over 50 years and continues to learn something new about birds on a regular basis. She has traveled widely for birding, but considers the Little Spokane River Valley one of her favorite places to watch birds. She has been a member of Spokane Audubon Society for 52 years and has been on the board or an officer for most of that time. In addition to just watching birds, she has done a number of bird surveys for WDFW and Audubon Washington as well as participating in bird banding and leading field trips.
Join Lindell as she leads a bird hike through the trails and near the waterways of the Waikiki Springs Nature Preserve on Saturday February 25th. Lindell is masterful at sharing her knowledge of birds and how to be a good bird watcher.
