INLC staff will guide participants on a winter walk through the woods on New Year’s Day (January 1st, 2023) at Palisades Park. Beginning the new year by walking one of conservation futures recent acquisition properties with conservation minded hikers is quite possibly the best way to begin a new year. After four years of conservati0n work contributed by INLC and the local community we all can explore and enjoy the newly expanded Palisades Park. Winter hikes are full of wildlife sign in the snow and birds gracefully flying in the skies. Temperatures will be cold, so please plan accordingly by packing your warmest layers.
