Local historian, Jack Nisbet, will lead a guided hike along the Saint George’s Trail to give you a sneak peak of our new property area, Glen Tana! Learn more about how this 1,000+ acre property fits into the puzzle of land conservation in Northwest Spokane. The trail is a little steep and rocky to get to the ridge, but only for a short distance. This hike offers wonderful views across the valley to Waikiki Springs Nature Preserve and Glen Tana.
Added attraction: Our wildflower fans will want to come and see the purple trillium in bloom!
Parking: The lot at the trail head is tiny but once it is full people can park along the road beyond it.
When: Sunday, May 5th starting at 9am
Where: Saint Georges Trail to Little Spokane River (we will email the exact meet up location closer to the hike date)
