Join volunteer hike docent Alana Livingston on Sunday, October 13th, for a fall hike at Waikiki Springs Nature Preserve starting at 10 am.
Fall is such a beautiful time of year! It is the best time to enjoy all the colors, wildlife, and fresh air. This 4-mile hike will take us on a loop of the Granite Trail and Eagle Trail to enjoy the full perimeter of the property and all the varying environments within the Waikiki Springs area, including meadows, geological giants, and views to make your head spin.
Binoculars are always a good idea if you have them. Please dress for the weather (layers, layers, layers). Appropriate footwear and a water bottle are also good ideas.
