Participants will enjoy and informational hike lead by EWU faculty member Nigel Davies while hiking the trails at Saltese Uplands Conservation Area. Geologic time has carved this area and the surrounding valleys for thousands of years. Come learn about the ice age floods while enjoying one of the most picturesque conservation areas in the county. We will begin promptly at 5:00 PM in hopes of completing our outing during one of the many magical sunsets viewed from this location. Bring your trekking poles and curiosity.
