Events

The Conservancy believes in the power of connecting people to nature. Our events are designed to give participants a unique view of lands we protect and an understanding of why they matter. We also work to instill the value of natural places in our community to raise up a human support structure for the earth here in the Inland Northwest.

Glen Tana Rattlesnake Ridge Hike August 23rd 7:00am

Join volunteer docent Brenda Day for a morning hike up to beautiful Rattlesnake Ridge at Glen Tana beginning at 7:00 am. This is a great hike with moderate elevation gain. The hike itself is nice but the view from Rattlesnake Ridge is beautiful with views of the valley and Five Mile Prairie. Then, on the walk back down we will go onto Waikiki Springs and back into Glen Tana along the Spokane River. Hike is moderate so wear comfortable hiking shoes and bring water and a snack! The hike takes about 3 hours total, and we will spend time at the top enjoying the view!
