The Conservancy believes in the power of connecting people to nature. Our events are designed to give participants a unique view of lands we protect and an understanding of why they matter. We also work to instill the value of natural places in our community to raise up a human support structure for the earth here in the Inland Northwest.

Trail work at Waikiki Springs has been going on for almost a solid year and INLC is very close to completing the second loop, the Granite Loop. On Sunday June 19 we hope to finish the last portion of the Granite Trail and do a little social trail closure. Tools will be provided as well as the trail building expertise. Volunteers can expect a work environment where others are working at being safe, having a lot of fun, and getting some new trails built. Children over the age of ten are welcome to join in the fun, but we ask that a parent or guardian does accompany them on the work party.
