The Conservancy believes in the power of connecting people to nature. Our events are designed to give participants a unique view of lands we protect and an understanding of why they matter. We also work to instill the value of natural places in our community to raise up a human support structure for the earth here in the Inland Northwest.
Join the Conservancy out at Waikiki Springs Nature Preserve to get a first-hand experience of trail building. The trails will provide accessible recreation for the community while also preserving the integrity of the habitat. Volunteers will use simple hand tools to dig in the dirt and move rocks all while building a legacy trail that will last for decades of use. No experience is necessary and the cool trail work tools are provided.
