Events

The Conservancy believes in the power of connecting people to nature. Our events are designed to give participants a unique view of lands we protect and an understanding of why they matter. We also work to instill the value of natural places in our community to raise up a human support structure for the earth here in the Inland Northwest.

September 10 Waikiki Springs Trail Work

Volunteers are needed to finish the Eagle Trail at Waikiki Springs.  This bidirectional trail will allow visitors the opportunity to hike a new loop at the nature preserve and enjoy the easiest way to reach the upper bench for animal viewing and territorial views of the Little Spokane River Basin.  No experience is necessary to join, and the tools and project specifics will be handled by the INLC staff leading the work party.  Who knows what little (or big) creatures we might encounter while out trail building.
