The Conservancy believes in the power of connecting people to nature. Our events are designed to give participants a unique view of lands we protect and an understanding of why they matter. We also work to instill the value of natural places in our community to raise up a human support structure for the earth here in the Inland Northwest.

Join the Washington Department of Fish & Wildlife for a hands-on volunteer event at Waikiki Springs Wildlife Area!
Spend your morning giving back to nature by helping improve this beautiful wildlife area. Volunteers will assist with:
Social trails can harm native plants, destroy wildlife habitat, and lead to erosion. Together, we’ll restore impacted areas by repairing fencing and using natural materials like woody debris and mulch to block off these trails—helping prepare the land for future native plant restoration.

There are four parking spaces that require a Discover Pass at the trailhead. Otherwise park along the street but please be respectful of the neighbors living there (don’t block driveways, etc.).
