Date & Time: Wednesday, September 24 | 1 p.m.
Location: Glen Tana (directions and details will be provided)
Duration: 3 hours
We’re excited to welcome PotlatchDeltic to our Glen Tana property along the Little Spokane River for a very special planting event. Together, we’ll be transforming an old cattle grazing field into a vibrant corridor of native plants that will restore wildlife habitat, strengthen ecosystem function, and support the health of the river. Every plant that goes into the ground is part of a lasting legacy for the land and water.
This is more than just a planting – it’s a chance to experience Glen Tana during one of its most beautiful seasons. With the fall colors glowing along the river, volunteers will help set deep roots for the future of this landscape. The Little Spokane is a treasure, and thanks to PotlatchDeltic’s partnership, we’ll be giving it the care it deserves. Come ready to roll up your sleeves, enjoy the scenery, and celebrate the impact we’re making together.
Wear weather-appropriate clothing, sturdy boots, and bring your favorite work gloves if you have them. Shovels, other digging tools, drinking water, coffee/tea and snacks will be provided. Work gloves will also be available to borrow.
Hope to see you there!
