INLC’s second annual fundraising extravaganza is going to be even more fun than last year! Be sure to save the date and come out to support local land conservation by enjoying dinner by Santé Restaurant & Charcuterie, dessert from Cyrus O’Leary’s, wine from Vino!, beer from Orlison Brewing Company, live music with Big Red Barn, games, a silent and live auction with auctioneer Randy Wells, on the beautiful Dix Farm on the South Hill.

This year’s delicious dinner will be catered by Jeremy Hansen, chef of the popular downtown restaurant Santé Restaurant & Charcuterie and the new bakery Common Crumb Artisan Bakery!

Dress casually or “farm chic.” You’ll be walking on grass – cowboy boots or flat shoes recommended. Last year, our very first Appetite For Conservation sold out, so get your tickets now. Or better yet, buy a table and invite your friends! Sorry – too late – we are sold our for 2015.
