Join us for the Dedication of the Trautman Ranch as Spokane’s newest park

Saturday October 10th 10:30 am till noon (rain or shine)

The Trautman Ranch 10205 Hill Street, Nine Mile Falls, WA

The dedication will start with a short presentation of the property, through the voices of those who lived on the land and those who will now care for this property into the future.

Following this short gathering and ceremony, Gary Trautman has agreed to lead a hike to some of his favorite places on the property giving history and stories along the way. Please bring water, wear sturdy shoes, and dress for the weather if you plan on participating in the hike.

It has been through the hard work and vision of many this is happening. Please join us in saying thank you to the family and all the supporting partners who have made this possible.

Directions:

• From Spokane, take Highway 291 north to Charles Road. Take a left onto Charles Road and cross the Spokane River bridge (the Nine Mile Falls Dam will be on your left).
• Go 0.3 miles and take the second left onto West Hill Avenue and follow the gravel driveway 0.3 miles to the house. Note: the first left after the bridge is Riverside State Park Drive. The next left onto Hill Avenue is in 0.2 miles. If you reach Tormey Road you went 0.2 miles too far.
