Meet Our Board

Meet Our Incoming Board Members

We’re excited to share that four new members have joined Inland Northwest Land Conservancy’s Board of Directors, each bringing a deep love for the lands and waters of our region. We’re also taking a moment to appreciate four outgoing board members whose dedication has helped strengthen conservation across the Inland Northwest.

This year, we’re welcoming Lessly Field, Rob Hawley, Kirste Richards, and Dave Yadon – each with their own experiences, interests, and passion for protecting and caring for our lands and waters.

Lessly Field, Community and Land Advocate

Leslie Field

Lessly Field became involved with INLC through the Glen Tana campaign and lives with her husband, Henry, overlooking the Little Spokane River. With a family legacy in land conservation and professional experience in emergency, risk, and compliance management at PG&E, she brings strong stewardship and organizational insight. Lessly has served on several nonprofit boards, currently sits on the Saint George’s School board, and is an avid native plant gardener and masters swim coach.

Rob Hawley, Financial Advisor, RBC Wealth Management

Rob Hawley

A member of INLC since 2000 and former board member, Rob Hawley is a financial advisor with RBC Wealth Management and an avid bicyclist. He volunteers with numerous local nonprofits, including Dishman Hills Conservancy, Spokane Parks Foundation, and Hospice of Spokane.

Kirste Richards, Community Land Advocate

Kirste Richards

Kirste Richards has long family ties to north Idaho, where an INLC conservation easement protects her family ranch on Hayden Lake. After years teaching abroad, she returned to Idaho and recently worked as a recovery counselor with Union Gospel Mission. She is passionate about partnering with private landowners to protect Idaho’s landscapes and habitat.

Dave Yadon, City of Coeur d’Alene Planning Director, Retired

Dave Yadon

Retired from his longtime role as Coeur d’Alene’s Planning Director, Dave Yadon helped safeguard iconic open spaces such as Tubbs Hill. An avid outdoor enthusiast, he serves on the boards of Friends of Tubbs Hill and Spokane Nordic Ski Association. Dave and his wife, Mary Duff, have been INLC members since 2020.
